Although this is hard to do, I must vote NON on this VOC.

VOC: Üc. Just because our party cannot get our bills passed doesn't mean the government is ineffective, it means we need to change the way we write our bills and work with the other parties to propose laws that will better Talossa. That's what democracy is, and (quoting Ronny Reagan here), I wouldn't change it for the world. ...in and of it's own volition can make a majority determination of whether this government continues... Although it is true that they can do this, it is the citizenry of this Kingdom that gave them this right, not themselves. Incidentally, a party with an overwhelming majority CAN earn that majority democratically. If there were concerns about the RUMP's credibility or effectiveness coming from average citizens who weren't members of opposition parties, I too would vote Non on this VOC. But seeing as the RUMP has yet to be accused of any foul play and the democratic system remains intact, I must vote against my party's line.

In all honesty I had planned on voting in the affirmative on the question of the VOC but after observing some of the commentary in the Witt sub-board, reading S:reu Caceir's minority report and being reminded that several wonderful pieces of legislation have failed due to RUMP opposition.
I now cast my vote as Non.

Given the following developments, I would like to recast my vote as I originally intended- Üc.

Unfortunately, you can't change your vote, I believe, S:reu Vurinalt.

Unfortunately, you can't change your vote, I believe, S:reu Vurinalt. Unless I am reading the Law wrong, Members of the Ziu can change their votes up to the 21st of the month. It's just the General Election where once the vote is cast, it's unchangeable.

You don't say? I thought we had run it that way previously by tradition. But if not, so much the better.

I've never had anyone request to change their Ziu vote - and I can't find anything against it.

There is nothing to my knowledge that would do so, and I scoured the law vigorously. [Not to say you or anyone else did not.]

I vote my cheeks Üc, with great anticipation for next month's slate of bills. It should be slightly more eventful.

It appears that you have it all worked out, but just to sound like I know something... The official rule is that a vote in the Ziu can be changed until the last day of voting. I read it in the Org Law. We follow the Org Law in Talossa. Officially, Patrick, the Attorney General
