On 38RZ1 - The International Community Entrance Bill, I vote CONTRA. I do not see how this will be of benefit to us.This is not the time for us to be looking outward, for we need still to look inward and learn to behave as a nation and to have our culture bear fruit, and then we may seek international recognition. Nor do I think we ought to seek entrance in the UN.
On 38RZ2 - The Broad-Leaf Dandelion Act, I vote PER. It is a most excellent bill.
I yield the floor.

On 38RZ1- I vote Contra. I feel that joining the UN would also make it necessary to explain to the United States of America that we are here. Which may have an effect, of one kind or another, on their cordiallity toward us.
On 38RZ2 - I vote Per.

The Florencian Senator, wise beyond his years, unbuttons his pants and leans back in his chair, as he begins his address to the wise and noble senators.
My friends, the Senate is the greatest part of government. I will leave it at that, except to say that I wish I would have voted earlier so that I might have had the opportunity to persuade my fellow senators to change their thoughts about this month's Clark. Since they largely voted the way I would have changed their minds to, however, I feel as though I might take credit for the wisdom they have expressed. I do wonder, though; is there really a broad-leaf dandelion? Perhaps Wikipedia will know...Damn I should have brought my computer today.
On 38RZ1- I vote Contra. On 38RZ2 - I vote Per.
