To the Ministers of His Majesty's government during the 37th Cosâ, Azul --
With four days remaining in the final Clark of this administration, I wish to take this opportunity to thank each and every one of you for your service through these months. Our terms of office do not expire with the dissolution of the Cosâ -- we hold them through the election and until the next appointed Prime Minister names a replacement to administer each office.
It is my opinion that this government has performed admirably, and that it has made great strides to fulfill the pledges made to the nation when we stood for election eight months ago.
