POINT OF ORDER: Should Ián Danôis, who is ostensibly of the CRO, who appears to have one strike, and is not a member of the RUMP as listed at the start of this discussion (unless I have missed something, which is entirely possible) does not vote as of 1 hour before the close of the voting period of this Clark, then the CRO shall transfer the 11 seats held by S:reu Danôis to X. Pôl Brigâ for voting as listed above.

Actually, my dear MC Brigâ...

I can't do that.

According to Article VIII: Composition of the Cosâ, Section 4 of the Org Law:

" Each person holding a seat is a correspondent representative known as a "Member of the Cosâ" (MC). MCs may not be removed from office except by a two-thirds vote by the Cosâ and approval by the King. An MC vacates his seats if he fails to vote on two consecutive Clarks, or if he resigns from office or dies. Any seats left unassigned at the end of the first Clark of the government are considered vacant."

So, we can't reassign the seats until AFTER the current Clark... then they will revert back to CRO ownership

I'm back at last, I know I've been away, there are certain reasons for that, which I won't go trought at here because the post would become way too long.

As far as I remember I thought that my move from CRO to RUMP was clear or have I missed something? It sure was a long time ago (at least few months), but it sure was discussed in googletalk with some of the rump members. we have to sort that out.
