Hear Ye, the following:
His Royal Highness King John, The Lord President of the Senate, The Speaker of the Cosa, El Seneschál del Regipäts Talossán , Senators, Members of the Cosa, Citizens of the Realm, Immigrants, Visitors, and Guests and anyone mucking about:
In that it seems as if I have misplaced my (now former) Deputy Secretary of State, and the lout won't pick up a phone, much less respond to veiled threats ;
I have decided that that it comes time for me to name a NEW Deputy Secretary of State.
Unlike myself, who famously took the office of DSoS while under the influence of adult beverages, the new DSoS willingly, and soberly... err... without reservation, has accepted the position.
I would like to announce, that the Kingdom's new DSoS is none other than:
Catrinâ Þestrâ
May God have mercy on her soul.
