WHEREAS the Kingdom of Talossa and her citizens value the virtues of integrity, honesty and justice and
WHEREAS honesty is the best policy and
WHEREAS unethical behavior reflects poorly upon our fair government and
WHEREAS Mataiwos Nanamavéu, MC admitted to having falsely claimed credit for the authorship of literary work written by another and
WHEREAS MC Mataiwos Nanamavéu attempted to obtain by fraudulent means, a sum equal to €630 through contact with the Royal Household and
WHEREAS such dishonest conduct, when perpetrated by a member of the Cosâ, brings dishonor to all Members of the Cosâ and
WHEREAS the Organic Law, Article VIII Section 4 provides for the removal of a Member of the Cosâ by a 2/3 majority vote with the approval of the King
THEREFORE to preserve the dignity and honor of the government, Mataiwos Nanamavéu is relieved of his seats in the Cosâ.
