From the back bench, a MC rises, and clears his throat. He clears his throat again. He realizes, he really, really needs to stop smoking.
Raising a glass of the finest Kentucky Bourbon He awaits the Chamber's notice to hear his voice.
After a very long, uncomfortable time, he realizes that the Chamber ain't ever gonna notice him. Quickly...ok, after a moment, he drains his glass, and taps his empty glass on his desk.

my mom had a heart attack last week....there were complications since then and eventually my sister agreed to let her go and she died at 4:28 PM central time yesterday. Please forgive me not voting on the Clark. thank you.

Firstly before casting my votes I would like to on behalf on this House to offer our sincerest condolences to Sir John and Patrick Woolley and S:reu Albrec'ht Cheleir on their recent loses and I speak for everyone in this House in offering all our support to help them through this difficult time.
