While the government acknowledges there is a bill in the Hopper for consideration, it had independently and previously come up with a "short list" for the Ziu's consideration. While some members may have already made up their minds, please consider this list should you find the bill under current consideration unacceptable.
. Sir Fritz von Buchholz . Sir Samuhél Tecladéir . Sir John Woolley . Lord Q . Ma Lord Hooligan
The idea would be to add or remove from this list if necessary and then wittle it down to one person. That person would be elected (probably unanimously or close to it since the debate has already happened) and then sent to referrendum.
If you have already made up your mind (for or against), this would be the time to make it known.

I am very flattered to find my name on the list proposed by the government, but it does not belong with the others, and I must ask that my name not be considered by the Ziu. As honoured as I am to be mentioned in the same breath as these luminaries, I am not the best candidate. As the nation knows, I am one of the many supporters of a bill that has the sponsorship of over three-quarters of the Cosâ, to elect Sir John Woolley.

I also ask that I not be considered. Among other (and better) reasons, I just hate being in charge.

That leaves me, Fritz, and John. Anyone we should add to the list?
