Currently, there is only the VOC on the bill for the Clark, so I'd like to declare October a "no-business" month. This means there will be no Clark. Legislators, please submit bills for the November Clark soon via the Hopper.
Secretary of State, please make whatever legal provisions are necessary. Thank you.

Azul, Seneschál Tecladéir -
I rise contrary to your point. Your Honor, it appears that we have several bills in the Hopper: 1. The "It Seemed A Bit Daft Me Havin' To Guard Him When He's A Guard" Act, 2. The Immigration Reform Reform Act, and 3. The legislation collectively known as the Anti-Jerk Laws.
Shouldn't we plan to work through these in a Clark next month?
Also - you wouldn't want to be responsible for the personal agitation I would feel if I don't get to vote in the Senäts after all this time! If I don't start casting votes, the pages will start charging me for the beverages!

Actually, my Reform Reform bill won't have been in the Hopper long enough to qualify for an October Clark, and a glance at Lord Lauriéir's proposed Anti-Jerk laws shows some "this-will-have-to-be-defined-better" lacunæ in them. So really, the only bill ready for clarking would have been the Daft Guard Act.
