Lord President Castiglhâ, Mr. Speaker of the Cosâ, and fellow member of the Ziu:
I rise to announce to you one recent action undertaken by your humble servant for the continual defence of the Kingdom.
On 9 September 2006, your Minister of Defence made the following appointments to positions of note in the Ministry of Defence:
Military Observers are expected to make reports from time to time to the Ziu on their observations of the military/militaries in their area of operation. These appointments are not to exceed two years.
The Minister thanks S:reu Holdorf for his service to the Kingdom, and asks the members of the Ziu to do the same.

S:reu Geoffrey (Geoff) Holdorf is appointed as a Talossan Military Observer to the Ottoman Empire (or previous parts thereof).
Military Observers are expected to make reports from time to time to the Ziu on their observations of the military/militaries in their area of operation. These appointments are not to exceed two years.
The Minister thanks S:reu Holdorf for his service to the Kingdom, and asks the members of the Ziu to do the same.
