Mr. Prime Minister:
I rise—oh, a twinge of pain in the lower back—to ask a question: What does the government intend to do about moving forward with an accord—or treaty or declaration—of friendship with our Talossan brothers and sisters in the Republic?
I sit—ah, that feels good!—to wait without impatience for an answer.
[Could one of the pages of the Cosa please furnish me with a cushion? These solid wooden benches—with their exquisite Berberesque ornamentation—here in the lower house are solid indeed.]

The Prime Minister rises ...
Excellent question, Dan. I'm getting caught up on Witt after a rough couple of weeks (death in the family). Without having read about a week's worth of material, here's the plan thus far: get a foreign minister and work with him on it. I think we were at looking at the last document and going from there, but I'd have to look through the history with him. I have a deadline of tomorrow for all the materials (which I have) and then I need to review it with the existing Cabinet members (which I will do today).
This is an important step and therefore an important position which is why I have taken it more seriously than other positions.
... and sits in his comfy padded hi-tech Lazy-Boy ARMQ2000. Ahhhhh.

Mr. Prime Minister:
I thank you for your prompt response. Looks like there's progress on the horizon.
I am sorry for your loss. I hope you--and yours--are doing well enough. Please take your time.

Mr. Prime Minister:
I rise again to inquire about progress made in moving forward with an accord with the Republic of Talossan. Would you mind updating the legislature?
I thank you in advance for forbearing with this rising-to-inquire twitch of mine.

I just figured someone put a tack on your seat and you didn't want to feel embarrased. The cabinet has started interviews this morning. We will have them completed by next week. Shortly after, we will select the person. I appreciate your patience on this Dan and hope it not too inconvenient.
