As noted by Lord Hooligan, there must be a speaker for the Cosa. For now, until someone shows more interest, I will continue to fulfill that duty since it is mostly a ceremonial position.

I congratulate the Speaker, Samuhél Tecladéir, on his re-appointment! I do not think the Prime Minister could have made a better choice.
