*Adjusts white suit coat, white vest, and white bow tie. Pours another Mint Julep from a large, engraved sterling silver pitcher. The tinkling sound of the many ice cubes echoes lightly through the hall. Takes a small sip, replaces class on braided palm coaster, and wipes mouth with a linen napkin. Stands, rising majestically to a full height of 5'6". Clears throat, and in a strong, loud tenor voice with more than a little muffling from a touch of stuffy sinuses, announces:*

*kicks feet off seat next door, chugs mostly full can of Pabst Blue Ribbon, crumples can against forehead, does overhand toss of empty into trash can. Misses. Stands, takes off black baseball cap emblazoned with a white number 3 with wings, drops hat on seat. Rotates slowly clockwise, displaying a red and green NASCAR racing suit emblazoned on the back with the logo for MR. FRITZ'S. Finally stops facing the Speakers podium. Adjusts Nomex underwear while winking broadly to Ms. Vikki Dougan sitting in the gallery. Clears throat loudly. Man sits in chair, and attempts to operate wireless internet connection, finds that it fails, then goes searching for a phone that has an external jack for dial up connection.
