Rises in his now accustomed "half crouch"While I understand that it requires 67% of both the Cosa and the Senate to approve , and the Court to weigh in- As the newest member of the Cosa, and also the newest citizen to Kingdom, I ask this in all honesty, and concern- How long must we wait for all members to vote? What is the time frame, for votes to be recieved? I ask this, because I haven't found a "cut -off" date for votes to be tallied. Perhaps this is because the site that might tell me is still off in the "Cyberworld" ( glances at his dear friend Hooligan) . I, like most of the people of Talossa (I think) would like a quick resolution to our current crisis. Not that we need to announce a new King forthwith, but that we must resolve the current situation as soon as possible. looks around , sits as soon as possible

The law doesn't specify a timeframe for a decision of the Cosâ, Senäts, and Cort when they're acting as the King's Guardian. The three bodies may act as quickly, or as slowly, as they deem appropriate and desirable.

One might think that were a 2/3 majority of both houses reached, that the issue could be submitted to the Cort, without regard to votes still pending. One might hope that investigations could be instigated post haste to alleviate the concerns voiced in the Senäts regarding confirmation of information only submitted from one source, such that all members of the Ziu would be able to rapidly indicate their position on the issue.
The Cosâ would require 134 votes of 200 (as of 10/25 3:30pm TDT = 68 of 68 voting in favor, with the balance not yet voted
The Senäts would require 5 votes of 7 (as of 10/25 3:30pm TDT = 1 of 7 voting against, with the balance not yet voted. I cannot recall if all the seated Senators can vote yet due to time of residence within the Kingdom, so it may well be that the remaing block would have to vote in favor of the motion in order for it to pass, should one Senator not yet be able to vote.)

I agree that the measure should be considered as having passed a House, as soon as a 2/3 affirmative vote in that House has been reached.
The Cort could consider the proposal any time it wanted, with or without waiting for the two Houses. For all I know, it's being considered there already.
All seven Senators may vote now.
