I have one very important question - when hitting the someone with the yellow screwdriver, do you mean the person's head or the screwdriver's? Because I could completely see it being a felony offense to use someone to hit a screwdriver on the head.
Also, with the chocolate flavored lollipops, does it have to be all chocolate? Or are the Tootsie Pops OK? (Incidentally, that law is in effect in Washington state although I thought it was all lollipops).
