Do you feel all Talossans are equally subject to the laws of the land ?
Right now ? No, one citizen is above the law.
Do you feel all Talossans should be accountable to this same law?
Definitly. ( Except me of course ;-) )

Read the OrgLaw, Ben is no more above the law than anyone else. The problem is that the Cort is still not issuing a ruling and that this case is still pending. Marc Moisan, C.D.

I think he's referring to the fact that there are citizens loyal to Ben personally, and that if Ben were convicted of a high crime, there's not much that could be done about it, whereas you and I could be removed from the country with a snap of the finger if we did the same (well, if the Cort still considered us citizens at the time ). BUT, I also acknowledge the fact that those safeguards are built in for a reason. That's the conundrum.
