Ok now that I have officially involved myself in Talossa again I would like to get a Talossan name for myself. I once attempted to do this through the El Glhep Talossan but it never happened and instead it went into a discussion. Now if someone could help me come up with a proper Talossan name I would be very thankful.
Sincerely,
Richard Deulofeut

Richard = Tric'hard
I can't see any definitions or origins of "Deulofeut", do you?

Well I've been talking to Cresti about the last name and we're starting to make some inroads. Deulofeut isnt the most common last name so I didn't expect it to be there.

After discussing Richard's name with him, we have settled on a Talossan translation. "Richard," of course, is "Tric'hard" in Talossan (as S:reu Walkland noted above). Deulofeut is a little bit more tricky.
Richard was given to understand that the final "t" was added to his surname sometime around the beginning of the last century, so "Deulofeut" was originally "Deulofeu." Deulofeu is a Catalan surname. In Catalan, "Déu lo féu" means "God made him." This translates into Talossan as "Dïeu lo façeva."
And so, Richard Deulofeut will henceforth be known in Talossan as Tric'hard Dïeulofaçeva.
