Esteemed Squirrel King at Arms and Peers: In accordance with the vexillological frenzy overtaking our nation, and as the current most senior official elected by the citizens of Maritiimi-Maxhestic Province, I seek your help in formulating the proper wording of the blazon for the flag of Maritiimi-Maxhestic, which we do not intend to change. This is the flag in question: I have made an attempt at a blazon, venturing argent a scandinavian cross sable charged with an anchor emblem labeled with the numerals "8-1 93" on a circular field argent, first canton the Talossan flag, fourth canton a tricolor vertical of red, yellow, and traditional indigo. But I am fully aware that various elements are poorly expressed or use the wrong terminology, and that I am entirely out of my depth. I ask the College's assistance in correctly phrasing the blazon for our flag. This is not a pressing matter, so please aid me only at your convenience; the arms of ministries and men are more important. Grateful appreciations, Alexander Davis, Senator.

Heck, I'll give it a shot.
Per Scandinavian cross, 1 Per fess vert and gules, 2 and 3 Argent, 4 Tierced in pale gules, or, and azure; a Scandinavian cross sable fimbriated argent and refimbriated sable; overall at the center of the cross a plate fimbriated sable charged with an anchor sable festooned at its head with a ribband azure bearing the legend "8-1-93" sable.
I think that's right, more or less. But ... zux!
