Azul Citizens - The College of Arms will be presenting a list of citizens eligible for Wargaming Day Honours to King Louis Adam and Regent Dr. Rajala on 17 February 2006. By tradition of the College, this list includes a proposed blazon for each honoured citizen. Wargaming Day Honours are traditionally granted by the Sovereign on 21 February. The deadline for inclusion on this list is to have a prospective escutcheon submitted to the College by midnight TST on Friday, 10 February 2006. Only those designs which meet heraldic standards and are approved by one of the College's heralds can by included on the list. For more information on how citizens can obtain a Coat of Arms, see the Mundane Petition of Arms section on the HOW TO GET A TALOSSAN COAT OF ARMS page. -- Jaune Sabre Herald, Dean, College of Arms

Dear Regent Dr. Rajala -
As of today, 31 January 2006, the College of Arms is pleased to have completed designs for two of His Majesty's subjects. Given the work in progress, the College expects at least one, if not two, more designs to add to our petition to King Louis.
I shall send details under separate cover.
I am, very respectfully, your obedient servant,
-- Jaune Sabre, Dean

Mine was submitted a few days ago... I haven't heard anything about it, though.

Your design was submitted to the College, and no objections have been raised so far.

Azul, Your Majesty - As Dean of the College of Arms, it is my duty to let Our Sovereign Majesty Louis Adam, Our Beloved Regent Dr. Rajala, and all the citizens and cestours of the Kingdom know that eight citizens of the Kingdom have asked the College to help them initiate a request to bear arms. In the name of these gentlemen, the College of Arms is preparing a petition for Mundane Arms. All petitioners hope His Majesty will recognize and bestow said honours on our national holiday of Wargaming Day. The following seven citizens have asked the College to include them in the next Petition for Arms: - George Paul Bailey
- Oliver Brainerd
- Quedéir Castiglhâ
- Eugene Oh
- Nikos Spyropoulos
- Joseph Walkland
- Joel Wood
If any of the Kingdom have evidence that one or more of these gentlemen are not honourable, please speak now, or forever hold your peace. -- Jaune Sabre, Herald

If any of the Kingdom have evidence that one or more of these gentlemen are not honourable, please speak now, or forever hold your peace. Azul, Your Majesty, Esteemed Regent, Fellows of the College, and Citizens of Talossa - The College of Arms has always held that a grant of arms should only be given to citizens who are upright and honourable. The College believes that a grant of mundane arms to citizens known to be liars, proven to be bigots, and/or shown to be abusive jerks would diminish the honour of the other citizens entitled to bear arms in Talossa. Since one is known by the company one keeps, the armigers of the Kingdom need the assurance of the College that a citizen given a new gift of mundane arms is equally as honourable as those first honoured with mundane arms. The College will live up to this expectation. This message is official notice that the petition for Joseph Marzullo/Ups Antônio Martüc has been removed from the recent honours list while the College investigates if he is honourable. The many complaints received about his behavior on Wittenberg suggest that it is possible that he is not. Unfortunately, given the number of complaints and the evidence submitted as a response to my request, the College cannot at present recommend him to His Majesty. The College will undertake an investigation, and hopes that this matter will be resolved in time for the Canopus Day petition. This is not to say that the armorial design requested by Marzullo/Martüc is inadequate. Cresti Matiewos Siervicül, Bartleby Pursuivant of the College, did outstanding work on the design. S:reu Siervicül should be commended for working well with a difficult customer. This investigation will be undertaken by the senior Heralds of the College. For the future confidentiality of all involved, no further public notice will be posted or expected until the matter is resolved. -- Jaune Sabre, Dean of the College of Arms APPENDIX A - EXHIBITS FROM WITTENBERG:Are you an economist? Doubt it. How about you grasp something more tasteful instead of proposing we take over naval vessels that aren't at war with us. What's this obsession with me and a non-existent post, ha. "My god". You must love talking about me, I am constantly called out to defend myself for weird things. Who needs people skills anyway? LMAO!! Joel says that, yet he has a different tone in pm's. He's a two-face. Patrick (as stated before) has an axe to grind and will attack me every chance he gets. What? I don't know what you're talking about. Are you delirious? Is this a fine example of your quality posting to make up stuff and freak me out? How is that hard to grasp? If it's too hard to comprehend, move to Italy where catholicism ruined ancient italian history and replaced with it contemporary post-dark age mediocre italian history. Yeah, let's take some republican vessels! I think they might have some fishing boats in the vicinity lol Welcome! I hate Ann Coulter, she has a dumb face. heh

Despite what you allege, Joel is at least able to comport himself in a civilized manner in public. The College, it seems, has seen the way you act in public and has made its decision.
