S:reu Weckstrom, we have a party system. Are you announcing the formation of your own party? If this is the case, you need to submit the appropriate funds and register it with the Secretary of State. Or are you standing for election to the Senate? If this is the case, you need to specify which seat.
I must confess I simply do not understand what you are doing here.

I think that he is announcing his candidacy for either senator or senechal of Cézembre. That was my first reaction, but it looks as though you are right Alexander. Tony, perhaps you can clear this up?

Cezembre's seat is not under contest, though, and he speaks of the "general election". Strange.

Excuse the mix-up,
I meant election to the Senate.
BTW: If starting a political party, in what form does payment take place? Wire-transfers, Paypal, Cheques (UK), PPPay.com, Moneybookers.
I would also still wish to suggest to the Government, that we take use of Paypal, to create a "DONATION"-button, where everyone can donate funds to the government for different purposes.S:reu Weckstrom, we have a party system. Okay... well, if you are running for the Senate on behalf of your province, Cezembre, you have to wait six or seven months until that seat comes under contest in the election after this upcoming one. Right now it is not; it is still held by the possessor.
Payment for party registration takes whatever form the Burgermeister pleases; usually that seems to be checks or wire transfer. The Paypal button is a pretty good idea, though.

Which province, Vuode or Atatürk? Those are the only two senate seats up for grabs. 2. If you wanted to start a political party, I believe any of those methods of payment would be alright, though I urge Mick to correct me if I'm wrong.

Dear Sirs; I would indeed wish to start my own party. If one of you gentlemen would point me to the person to whom I can declare my request for a new party, I would be very greatful. As to the fact to of the Paypal issue. One, preferably a member of the government level, should register a Premium account with paypal, and then a "Donate"-button can be established. People/Citizens could then donate as little as a few cents, or thousands of dollars depending on their will to better the Nation. As for the name of my Party I would hereby suggest: The Democratic People's Party (the "PDP") - a system based on parliamentarism. (The government must have the approval of the people to rule). You will have to submit a 50 word statement about your party the Secretary of State along with $20 US to him. But you better act quickly, the election starts in just a few days.

It was suggested to me, that for me to start my own political party, in view of the upcoming elections, I should contact you, to do so.
My wish is to start my own political party, based on parliamentarism. (The Government must have the sanction of the people/citizens to rule).
I could go on and on about parliamentarism, but as I believe, you are learned individual, and member of government, you understand the concept better than a layman. Hence, and for a speedy judgment on the establishment of my party - I do hereby officially and with humility and dignity, request, that my call for a new political party be heard, and accepted by yourself, and on the behalf of the Nation.
It was also suggested, that a fee for a political party establishment is to be paid.
Can you accept Paypal, or international wire transfers? I would prefer International wire transfers - will be sending from Finland.
The party shall be called (the PDP) "The Democratic People's Party".
(Be it known to all - that this has now been sent as a Personal Message).
Respectfully,

That's all fine and well, and in my knowledge... A political party that shares the views of PARLIAMENTARISM, does not mean, that just because there is a parliament, there couldn't be a party that bases it's principals on PARLIAMENTARISM. Even Russia has a parliament - or any other country - but still the concept of the people's approval of the governments rule and law, and judgements, shall be monitored by an elected official body, such as house of representatives, that may rule against laws they find wrong, and a President, or King shall have the power of veto. This is all complicated to expain. But suffice it to say, I have studied diplomacy, politics etc. quite extensively - and the existence of a Parliament, does not rule out the existence of a political party that supports Parliamentarism... Perhaps, this cleared my points to all... It was suggested to me, that for me to start my own political party, in view of the upcoming elections, I should contact you, to do so.

If he wants to start his own party, he is welcome to do so. Of greater concern is perhaps the fact that he the acronym he has selected for the Democratic People's Party is "DPD". Well... that is AMONG the greater concerns, I suppose. It's a crowded field, after all.
