Petiton for Edward Wadas

WHEREAS it has been more than a fortnight since Edward Wadas first posted on Wittenberg, following his introduction to the citizens of the Kingdom by the Immigration Minister, and

WHEREAS the said Edward Wadas has in that time demonstrated an active and genuine interest in Talossan life and culture, and

WHEREAS the said Edward desires to obtain citizenship in the Kingdom of Talossa, and

WHEREAS by all indications it appears that S:reu Wadas would be a loyal and dedicated citizen, and a credit to this nation if he obtains the grant of citizenship he requests, and

WHEREAS I have promised the S:reu in question that I would post a petition after I got some "shut-eye," and

WHEREAS there is a current shortage of "Mussolinese," and

WHEREAS I realize that this petition is coming out quite a bit after my period of "shut-eye" and

WHEREAS I like the word "shut-eye" quite a bit, and am sure that S:reu Wadas would agree that the word in question is quite cool and,

WHEREAS I've never gotten to post a petition for anyone, and quite like it,

NOW THEREFORE I, Alexandreu Gavártgic'h, citizen in good standing of the great province of Vuode and of the Kingdom of Talossa, do by these presents petition the Secretary of State to ISSUE A GRANT OF CITIZENSHIP TO Edward Wadas, as specified by law.
