Seat Reassignments effective for the 1st Clark of the 37th Cosâ

Mà Barôn Tepistà has voluntarily relinquished to the party ten cheeks (five seats) in the Cosâ of the block that had been assigned to him, and now they may be reassigned in whatever manner I, the leader of that hooligan's party, see fit.

I do hereby, effective immediately and for the current Clark of the 37th Cosâ, publish and proclaim the following completely and yet not really very randomly decided Cosâ seat assignments:

• To new Cosâ member Nicholas Moore, ten cheeks (five seats).
  
• That scallywag Lord Hooligan holds on to the other thirty-six cheeks (eighteen seats) of the block he was given.
  

These assignments have been submitted to the Chancery and are now in effect.

I urge the nation to welcome S:reu Moore to his new rôle as a legislator, and heap upon him every form of vicious verbal abuse that all legislators have earned for all those of his new profession over the last few dozen centuries.
