Proposal for a New Constitution

Azul, fellow Florencians! As our Senator I would like to post publicly a formal proposal for a new constitution of our beloved province. This draft has been worked on by myself, the Governor, and others. This is NOT a formal resolution of the Nimlet, but a public Q&A which might refine the final version which will be eventually put before the Nimlet for passage.

When do you plan to table this in the Nimlet?

I still believe the governor should be elected
Option A) By the Florencians each cosa election
or
Option B) Like the PM of Talossa , to be choose by the Nimlet at the start of a new Nimlet session.

And I oppose any for of Veto from any unelected position or nomination from the King or he or she appointed constable...
