[Chancery] December 2019 Assembly elections

Azul citizens of Benito,

I currently have no information about whether the Chancery is requested to conduct the Legislative Assembly elections during the upcoming GE (starting in about a week).
That means as it stands the chancery will include a provincial vote option.

Is this correct or will a request be forthcoming from the Maestro or the Chancellery, to not conduct Assembly elections?

Additionally, if the chancery is to conduct the upcoming House of Commons elections, does the province wish to provide specific additional instructions for voters to be included on the ballot?

As the Arvitieir Prima of Benito, and thus the approximate Benitan equivalent of the Secretary of State, I would like to formally confirm that we would like the Chancery conduct the election.

As to instructions to voters, the ones we'd like to provide are:

"For the Benito Legislative Assembly, please vote for a party, or PRESENT if you wish to cast a null ballot."
