7.3.1 [...] Whenever any Talossan wants to move his provincial assignment to the province in whose assigned area he actually lives, he may do so by notifying the Chancery. The move will be officially recognised once the Chancery has validated the request.

7.3.2 The Secretary of State will be responsible for the various moves and assignments which result from this title. These moves and assignments will take effect on their official announcement by the Secretary of State.

7.3.3 Any citizen who happens to find himself living in the catchment area of a different province, subsequent to the creation of a new province or the alteration of catchment area boundaries, will be allowed to choose between remaining a citizen of his current province or becoming a citizen of the province whose catchment area he now lives in. The provisions of article 7.3.2 apply to this rule as if the citizen is assigned to the wrong province.

So you'd want to fetch Glüc da Dhi for that.

Azul,

Sometime it amaze me ... do you know that I'm around Talossa since october 1997 ?.

So I know the law. And their is a law vote back then that change my province to Florencia.

The province was empty by that time and I decided to move their with a special law.

So the reason why I come here is to ask you to remove this law.

If your answer is no I will get elected next election and do it myself.

But please MC don't talk when you don't know...

Don't worry Mximo, I know my law too. The passage of El Lexhatx repealed every preexisting law, including 22RZ22, your province move bill. You're a free elf!

Besides, how exactly you got to the "wrong" province is irrelevant in the current provincial reinstatement laws. An ephemeral piece of statute wouldn't block the process.

Lüc is correct. Colonel Mximo Carbonèl, if you want to change your province to Atatürk, just ask me to do so.

(Of course this can only happen in one direction, from your current province, Florencia, to the province in whose catchment area you live, Atatürk)
