Esteemed Senators and Members of the Cosâ --
as required by the current Cosâ's budget, 53RZ12,
I am hereby notifying the Ziu of the impending expenditure of
1. an amount up to 43¤20 ($US65) by the Ministry of STUFF to DoRoyal servers for one year's hosting for the National Webspace;
2. an amount up to 33¤20 ($US50) by the Ministry of STUFF to His Majesty, King John as reimbursement for domain renewal of talossa.com and kingdomoftalossa.net;
3. an amount up to 33¤20 ($US50) by the Ministry of STUFF as reimbursements for Prior Hosting, Domain Names, or any one time fees
from the Ministry of STUFF's budget allocation pursuant to 53RZ12..
These expenditures shall be made in accordance with the plan presented by the Ministry of STUFF and posted here. Receipts of these expenses will be posted in this thread, and any excess of funding over expenditure shall be refunded to the Royal Treasury.

FURTHERMORE, notwithstanding the above allocations, no funds shall be disbursed without a notice of disbursement having first been transmitted to the Ziu at least fourteen days prior to the disbursement, except that disbursements solely for the purpose of postage may be made with no less than 24 hours notice. Notices shall contain details of the purchase and a cost estimate for the purchase, or a copy of any invoice or receipt if seeking funds for reimbursement.
