RZ10: PER - I think this is a really good idea. The idea of a loyal opposition is, in my view, tremendously important for a healthy democracy.
RZ11: PER - Straightforward change, I reckon.
RZ12: PER - Nothing objectionable; again a straightforward decision.
RZ13: PER - Quite happy with slimming things like this down. Unnecessary legal restrictions ought to be junked as far as practicable.
RZ14: PER - Despite being a long read, and not a particularly gripping one (where was the plot twist at the end?!), it's a long overdue change and I agree with the sentiment that the Organic Law is still in a fairly bad shape.
RZ15: PER - I can't see any harm being done by making this change at all.
RZ16: CONTRA - Whilst I'm sympathetic with the thrust of the argument that Wittenberg =/= Talossa, the reality is that our immigration is such that we all should be encouraged to get to know new citizens. As such, if prospectives are able to sail through the process whilst only ever corresponding with one citizen, I think this could be opened up to abuse.
