I have been informed that previous governments have done nothing substantive in regards to ID cards and so this was not in my current plans to pursue. I would be willing to discuss it if there is any serious interest among the citizens.
As to the Council of Governors, 31RZ29 provides for broad outlines on this topic. I can remember when I was Premier of Maricopa a few meetings were held but nothing substantive here either. However, once all the provinces have chosen by their respective processes their provincial leaders, I will convene a general meeting of the Council of Governors to gauge interest and the like.

By serious interest I mean that I’ve currently not seen discussions concerning this concept. If this were a pressing matter I would tend to believe that this would have happened by now. There was some occasional discussions even when I was Seneschal.

I have no problem with that, with the understanding that the rt. hon. Minister will not be obliged to answer and will not be subject to the restrictions of H.2.x, unless the esteemed Senator for M-M tables a new Terpelaziun.
