[Chancery] April 2019 Assembly elections

Azul citizens of Benito,

I currently have no information about whether the Chancery is requested to conduct the Legislative Assembly elections during the upcoming GE.
That means as it stands the chancery will include a provincial vote option.

Is this correct or will a request be forthcoming from the Maestro or the Chancellery, to not conduct Assembly elections?

Additionally, if the chancery is to conduct the upcoming House of Commons elections, does the province wish to provide specific additional instructions for voters to be included on the ballot?

Alright, so a bit of discussion has been happening behind the scenes (relatively). For the benefit of the SoS and others who aren't privy to the provincial FB group, what I suggested the Maestro do is that:

- a Proclamation confirming that the Chancery will conduct our Assembly election be issued in a short while;

- a registration period be opened to allow provincial parties to register to appear on the ballot, without precluding write-in votes;

- a voter instruction paragraph be included on the ballot,

The province of Benito elects an 11 seat Assembly every General Election, to form along with the Senate our Legislature, the Legislative Chancellery. Seats are apportioned proportionally between parties.

The parties that registered to be included on this ballot are: (alphabetical list of registered parties). You can choose one of these parties, write in another, or write in the name of a person.

I, Iason B. Taiwos, Maestro of the Province of Benito, proclaim that the Chancery will conduct our Assembly election.
