RZ4: Për - This is the most-comprehensive reorganizing and simplification of the Talossan Civil Service in the last fifteen-to-twenty years. I should like, however, to call it 'Talossan' instead of 'Royal', but that minor point of nomenclature can be deferred to a future bill.

I like my duties as outlined herein, and I look forward to operating under that system. Sir Humphrey approves as well.
