Azul! I'm new here so I don't know if this is the right section but I wonder if there is an official certificate, issued by this great kingdom, stating the acquisition of citizenship. Something like a diploma or whatever, I don't know if that exists but it's a thing I'd like to have and expose.

Having a physical certificate would be a really good idea!

Maybe we can make a template of the certificate to use for this, if someone is interested I think I can help, I don't know who is in charge of this area but just ask and we can work together.

I don't know if is the right area, but isn't the Ministry of STUFF in charge of this kind of things? I mean, for us to say this kind of ideas. Awesome!

Could be something for the Interior Ministry as well since it’s responsible for immigration, but I guess either could take it on board if they wanted to. I think it’s a great idea, personally!

I guess a pdf downloadable copy could be prepared by the chancery data(s) such as citizen number, name and arms (if any).
Ideally this shouldn't be issued immediately upon grant of citizenship, but after a year or two when the citizen has chosen for himself a name to go by, either his native or Talossan. Generally by that time the citizen would also have a fair idea as to whether they'd like to have any arms or not.

I would say the Chancery, as we're essentially talking about giving physical form to the grant of citizenship issued by the Chancery under royal seal. I guess a pdf downloadable copy could be prepared by the chancery data(s) such as name, citizen number and arms (if any). Or we could make facsimile letters patent of arms available to armigers separately from certificates of citizenship.

That's a great idea. One can have two certificates, one from the Chancery speaking out his number and name. The other one can be from the King.
The first one would also carry the name and arms of the person responsible for the induction, the imm min at the time who posted the application, the NCC guide if any, the one who posted the citizenship formal request.
The second certificate will be a facimile of the grant at the top, and details of who were responsible at the bottom. It will contain the name of all senior officers of the RTCoA alongwith the fellow (s) who may have worked on it.

Whatever happened to the ID cards? I sent in a request for one, never heard any more about it.

AD was dealing with ID cards, I think.

It seems that my idea was appreciated, great! There are a lot of documents potentially useful to the citizen, I'd be glad to work to make the templates to use, ideally with designer and enthusiasts. Maybe a board or an office could be fine, at least to work on a proper and formal graphic, after that, who is in charge for this, can decide how to go on

AD was dealing with ID cards, I think. Yes. Unfortunately, he went inactive sometime in between taking requests for a new round of ID cards and shipping them out.

It would be nice if we had a calligrapher on staff at the Chancery. I've been meaning to teach myself calligraphy but haven't had the time.
