Fellow Benitians, many of you have mentioned to me a level of discontent with our current Vicere/Cunstaval, Ieremiac'h Ventrutx. Is this indeed true? Shall we petition his majesty for a new one? Or is royal authority in the cantons of Garibaldi and Mazzini really and truly dead? Shall we recognize it as such until such time his majesty appoints us proper governance?

While I respect his previous service to our province, his recent inactivity has lead me to believe that, yes, a new Cunstaval is in order. If the King cannot appoint one promptly, then...
