WHEREAS one of the major interests of Benito should be the knowledge of the Benitian Constitution by its citizens; and WHEREAS giving more visibility to the Benitian Constitution could help new citizens (like me); and WHEREAS the Benitian Senator Lüc da Schir in 16th April of 2013 had written: "As I have been searching for the text of our constitution, I have posted it here to avoid further researches if anyone needs to read it. It would be good to sticky it, if anyone around here can do it." ;
THEREFORE I Alessandro Piazza, citizen of Benito, propose to our Maestro Eiric Bornatfiglheu and to all the Citizens of Benito to take in consideration the idea of a post sticked in the board of Benito with the Benitian Constitution and with all the Acts approved in these years.

You don't need to write a bill (if this is a bill) for this An unified provincial statutory law has been put forward in one of the other recent threads; you may want to bring forward your proposal there.

Sorry Alessandro, I had read this, but hadn't yet gotten around to responding. But I certainly agree that there should be regular access to the provincial constitution by the citizens. However, you can find the document here. What we do not have gathered in one place, however, is our statutory law that isn't a part of the Constitution.
