I'm open to different interpretations of the spoilt votes though. "Benito" can't really be assigned to anyone, so it's clearly spoiled.

Vitxalmour Conductour voted NPW, which is not a registered party, but since we know for sure who voted on that, we could say that if he declared himself to be a member of the NPW that vote would be valid and he could get any seats he won.

On the other hand, Syriza is not a registered party as well but there is no clear evidence of who might claim that vote and any seats won.

So before we begin allocating the seats, does Vitxalmour Conductour claim he's voted for himself as the (presumably) only member of the NPW? If I will not receive any answer before the end of the week, I'll go on with my initial apportionment.

The New Peculiar Way is a defunct party that to my knowledge consisted of three current Benitians. I know that Iason has moved on, but I am not sure about Mr. Bornatfiglheu.

So, is E.S. Bornatfiglheu or anyone else associated with the party interested in claiming leadership of the New Peculiar Way and thus the Benito Assembly seat the NPW would get to fill?

I still consider myself a Peculiarist, most definitely. NPW has indeed been defunct for a while, but I guess it is never too late, eh?

As no election has been held to fill the seat, I assume I am still acting Chancellor of the NPW. As such, I officially offer any seat designated to the NPW in the Benetian Chancellory to Eiric Bornatfiglheu, should he choose to accept, and barring any objection from the assumed acting Chamberlain Vercáriâ or the comatose party at large.

The TNC has one Benitian member, Ian Andríeu Civaßì, if he is interested in serving as TNC representative in the province then he has the party's support. Otherwise, we will not be participating in Benitian provincial government this term due to our limited membership in the province.
