11 Maritiimi-Maxhestians voted in the national election. Of those, 6 voted for Senator, and 3 participated in the Assembly Call.
One reason for the reduction from 11 to 6 is my fault. I didn't give mpf enough notice to put links to the voting threads on the national ballot, and as such he was unable to do so. However, I did try to advertise on the main Witt board. Could we have sent out emails?
What stumps me more is the reduction from 6 down to 3. Did people not understand they could delegate their seat to someone else? Were they unaware that the Assembly Call was going on? I would hope it was pretty obvious; if you voted in the Senate election, how could you not have seen the thread for the Assembly Call? Should I have mentioned the Assembly Call in the Senate election thread?
I write this because I do not want provincially-run elections to be abandoned. I hope we can work through these problems and find solutions for next election, rather than give up.

We got 13 votes for our Senatorial election in Fiova. The keys to turnout are (a) plenty of warning; (b) regular reminders. Running the election through the very pretty SurveyMonkey interface also helped, I think.
As to the Assembly, I recommend direct democracy.
