Greetings all,
im always happy to see that after my prolonged absences when Benito is thriving. It wasn't always this way. There was a time when it felt an awful lot like Flip and I were the only residents of this fair province.
I I have a few questions I wasn't able to find answers to as I perused the threads to catch up:
1. Did we change the abbreviation for the Order of Benito? I know in the original law the post-nominals were "O.Ben." And the award conferred the title of "Don/Donna." I noticed Luc's post nominal is "O.Be." Which is also pretty cool. But I didn't know if this was personal preference or a change in law.
2. If this was a change, was it retroactive to all prior recipients of the Order of Benito or just those from the change forward? I received mine before any change was thought of and I inducted Flip into the order as one of the first recipients.so we do exist. I just want to know if I should be changing my name accordingly.
3. Just a props out to everyone who took us bicameral. I think this is a pretty neat change and it looks like it's working well.
Keep on keepin' on, fellow Benitians.

No, we didn't change the abbreviation. "O.Be." is an error of mine as I hadn't checked the law when I changed my displayed name (I assumed the abbreviation for Benito was "Be" like Benito's official two-lettered code). Yeah, bicameralism is a great thing when there's an actual difference between the composition of the two chambers. I'm eager to actually see it at work (and I may soon Hopper something for the Chancellery's consideration, now that you've reminded me of it). By the way, it's great to see you around, Tim
