Im engaging in a mapping exercise for the Kingdom. Can anyone confirm the official cantonal boundaries of the province and the location/address of the provincial capital?

Hello! Our provincial capital is Garibaldi, north of E Park; south of E Park is Mazzini, our other canton.

The provincial capital is the entire canton, then? There is no specific address, building or landmark that serves as the capital?

Not as far as the Constitution goes, but we consider Riverside High School to be our provincial Capitol.
