Amazingly enough, good Elo Cutor cartoon. By which I mean, it's absolutely true that the Free Democrats smoke big stinky cigars.

I must be very dumb, because I never understand whereunto Elo Cutor's cartoons pertain.

I must be very dumb, because I never understand whereunto Elo Cutor's cartoons pertain. The cartoon is about proposals to restrict access to the Cosa, e.g. by reducing the number of Cosa seats so more votes are required to get representation. It shows the "little guy" being blocked from having a seat at the table by the major parties.

So why does it say "voter", instead of "politician" or "party"? Voters all have equal weight, parties differ in size.
I would argue that increasing competition among politicians would increase the representation of regular voters who dont want to have to be involved in politics to be heard.
PS Either way I would disagree with the comic, as to me reducing the number of Cosa seats would be as much about creating intra-party competition for MCs than about inter-party competition.
PPS Maybe the comic is really about supporting Epics idea to let non-MZs propose legislation?

Elo Cutor uses a pseudonym with his cartoons because he'd be mocked for incomprehensibility if he tried to be politically active using words.

So why does it say "voter", instead of "politician" or "party"? Voters all have equal weight, parties differ in size. Presumably because under the current system a single voter can secure Cosa seats for his or her party of choice without the support of any other voters, but most proposals for reform would change that. PPS Maybe the comic is really about supporting Epics idea to let non-MZs propose legislation? Hmm. That could also be, I suppose.
