Estimats Senatôrs, once again I am pleased to recommend an enthusiastic PËR vote on all four bills. Especially RZ18.

Estimats es estimadăs Senators,
I have cast my votes on the Database, but I wish to let my fello members of this Upper House know how I have chosen to vote.
RZ17: PER. The Climate, and sustainability is something I feel bound by honour to uphold and protect.
RZ18: CONTRA. Now, while I still believe that such a commission may be a good idea (major overhaul, yay and all that), I do not think that a composition of this Commission, which reflects an ephemeral Cosă, is a wise choice. We are speaking of the Organic Law here. If its creator rushes to set up this Commission, without giving the Ziu and the People ample option to comment on its composition, then I dread to think how opaque and unrelenting the actual Commission would come to be.
It is the Organic Law, we are talking about. Our highest law. Something to stand above EVERYTHING. It should not be created with the seal of the 48th Cosă (which, looking at its composition according to the bill, it would be). It should be created under the seal of the whole Nation.
RZ19: PER
RZ20: An inquisitive PER. I am eager to see how Science and the like will be furthered in Talossa by passing of this bill.
Thank you.

Here are my votes for this Clark:
On 48RZ17, I vote Contrâ. While encouraging all Talossans to be environmentally friendly and responsible is conscionable, I cannot vote in favor of a resolution that encourages or expresses support for more environmental regulation at the United Nations level. And having seen first hand the effects of UN-advised environmental regulation near my home (more specifically, the federal lands that encompass almost 90% of my county), I must vote against this resolution.
On 48RZ18, I vote Për. I don't feel as though the Commission is designed to exclude viewpoints, but rather to present those viewpoints in a more concise manner. In this Cosa term and previous ones, we've seen countless OrgLaw amendments that often amend the same section or sections over and over again, as well as amendments that have the same effect of other amendments which previously failed, but are perhaps better written or more easily understood. The Commission allows for enough members to represent the different viewpoints in the Ziu, ensuring that the majority report truly reflects the views of the majority of Talossans, while also allowing for minority reports to be made for ideas that failed to get enough support from the Commission. But regardless of whatever reports are presented to the Ziu, the Ziu will continue to have the final say over what amendments are presented to the populace by referendum.
On 48RZ19, I vote Për.
On 48RZ20, I abstain. The Royal Society sounds good and all, but at least by continuing to have the University of Talossa, at least in name, we can still lay claim to the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. Also, I almost feel like we've done away with BEER before, but maybe I'm just thinking of a previous proposal. In any event, I kind of like the idea of continuing to have our own exploration agency, and even though it may not be funded or in use, we still have probably have the most efficient government-sponsored space exploration program in existence.
