you do know that i have brought this up before, there is no other procedure for submitting amendments other than a convention constitutionally and that im probably going to have leave the party as its obviously full of yes men and now to be flooded anti-monarchy, republican sympathisers? This is no longer the party we founded just under a year ago.

Also I would to bring up that there was at no point a time to bring up my gravenesses before we voted there has been no discussion, no full information on the talks with the zrt, no formal constitutional amendment proposed to bring about the merger (surely rendering the vote null and void), as compared to the ZRT's convention which has done all of these things... so how about we stop this nonsense, have a cup of tea, have a chat/discussion about this and do this all properly? instead of rushing into things we could actually make sure what we are doing is in the interest of the party.

Pardon my assertion but I really don't see what you're trying to achieve here. I respect your opinion, we all do, but what your saying is unfounded. Don't claim ignorance on topics you should already know about. If you read the emails we've all shared, you should know everything you needed to. Even before the Alliance was realized, CCX made EVERY effort to communicate LC-ZRT talks with the rest of the Party. I made every effort to email to each of you the platform that the Alliance is going to project. Have you not read them?
Don't sit there and pretend you did not have any chance to educate yourself on everything we have hoped to achieve here because our responsibility, as you imply, was to convey to you the activities and decisions made for and by the alliance. We have all done that either through initiative actions in the Ziu or through the platform we all agreed on beforehand. The Party does not serve on your or any single individual's whim. If you wanted to know something more, you had plenty of opportunities to ask them. Other members have contacted us whenever they have questions. The people who voted aren't Yes-men, they fully understand what we're staking here. But you somehow don't? Now who's fault is that exactly? Only now that we're in the final stages do you wish to educate yourself on this matter?

The constitution will not be changed besides the fact that the name of the Party will change and the Republicans will be allowed to caucus under our wing.

Also, talks of merging is a CLAUSE of the platform. Besides, how can you say we never had any talks about this topic when you yourself voiced your opinions then as you're voicing your opinions now?

If you have a personal vendetta against members of the ZRT or what they stand for, why didn't you say anything? We have been in this Alliance for a few months now. No one has heard a peep from you. Questioning the integrity of this party or its members is also unfounded. We have all actively bargained with the ZRT to maintain as much of our constitution as possible and we succeeded. We are still democratic and we are still independent in voicing our opinions. Our ideologies haven't changed and I'd be damned if I let any of those principles weather away.

Wow... well guys its been a blast but as but im not going to be insualted by people who obviusly has not read anything I have said (as i have said it is nothing to do with a vendeta (see my previous post)), obviously never listens to anything i say (as I have rasied the issue many a time, both with the alliance and merging). Also I would like to bring up the talks a year ago (of which I was not invited to be a part of) where about the alliance of the parties, not the merger, Plus if the zrt think tank is to be incuded... it will need to be in the constitution... but anyway... Im to tired of this party to deal with its manure any longer... this party is descending into the darkness and I refuse to be dragged down with it. I'd like to officially welcome members of the former political party: the ZRT, to this convention, and hereby declare the First Convention of the Free Democrats of Talossa OPEN!

Nice to be here. As Premieir of Maricopa and a member of the new Free Democrats, I both welcome all of you to this newly minted convention and look forward to what we will accomplish in the future as a party.

Good to be here, Mr Party President, on behalf of the ZRT, which - under Section VIII of our constitution - I would like to petition for formal recognition as "the Republican caucus of the Free Democrats".

I would also like to offer the following amendments to our Constitution, amending Sections I, II and IV:

I. Els Democrätsen Liverats da Talossa (the Free Democrats of Talossa) is an active political party in Talossa whose purpose is to fight for and defend liberty and democracy for its citizens and provinces.

II. The official slogan of the party shall be ‘livertà és democraçù pirméis!’ (liberty and democracy first!)

IV. The official logo of the Free Democrats shall be as below:
