Question: Is it possible, with that crest, to have a green and red mantle and blue dragon supports? (Considering these are the national colors of the nation) Blue dragons as supporters wouldn't be a problem. (Note, however, that technically speaking there is no "crest" in your design as of yet--the crest is a device that sits on top of helm, which sits on top of the escutcheon or shield, as shown in the diagram here.) Green and red mantling would be somewhat unconventional. Traditionally the mantling has a colour on the outside and a metal on the inside (lining) or vice versa. So tincturing the mantling with red and green--two colours--would violate the traditional rules. Of course, there's no rule in heraldry that hasn't been broke by someone at some point, and you can make whatever rules you want for your own country. But another idea is to have the mantling lined in gold (yellow) and have the outside divided per pale red and green, so you have red on the left and green on the right (or vice versa).

These options were discussed withe the government of Dragon Isle, and they have voted to line the mantling in gold and have the outside divided with green on the left and red on the right.

The Reps would like a barrel (rounded) helm and a gold crown on top (if possible) to represent the monarch.

The reps would also like to opt for a white dove above the helmet if a crown is not suitable

Dragon Isle is a kingdom now? So a royal crown atop a barrel helm? You mean a helm like this? It may be possible to put the dove atop the crown as a crest, if that's what you want. You can see an example of that kind of thing here.

Yes, that is the type of helmet the Kingdom would like. As for the dove atop the crown, the reps would like to incorporate both.

So we have: (at least planned out) A shield Blue dragon supports Green/red and gold mantle A barrel helm And a dove atop a royal crown as a crest
The only thing I think is missing is the name and motto, which is given above, is there anything else?

I think that about covers it. I'll try to work up a draft emblazon when I have some free time, but it'll probably take a lot of experimentation. This design has a lot of elements we don't normally work with in Talossa.

Any further developments on this project? The Kingdom wishes for an update. No rush however I'm still working on it. I think I've assembled all of the elements I need, it'll just take some time to figure out how to put them together right. I'm trying to learn a new graphics editing program. Hopefully within the next two weeks I'll have a draft for you.

In accordance to proper procedure of notification; I will transcript a letter I received in the mail today. It reads:
"To the appropriate officials of the Royal Talossan College of Arms;
I write to you today; on behalf of the Kingdom's Coat of Arms Committee, and His Majesty, the King of Dragon Isle; to inform you of a pending action made by His Majesty.
As of 15 March MMXVI, His Majesty has suspended the offer of a monetary donation to your kingdom. This action is made for extended time without updates, and a longer than expected wait time. To prevent further action; a status update on the requested Coat of Arms must be given by the end of March.
We do hope to remain in contact, and would like to prevent His Majesty from resenting his original offer. We hope to hear back from your Kingdom, and wish you and yours fair tides.
"Al Final, Toda va Estar Bien"
Jeremy B. Hopkins Committee Chair"
