Dear Senators, My actions over the last few weeks have been garstly at best, non of which was in the the name of the the people of talossa nor our ethos, I humbly prostrate myself before the you honorable Senators to beg forgiveness for these acts that has damaged both my repetition and that of the senate. I have been having a rough time with my antidepressants medication recently and this has effected my judgement, but hopefully this is only sort term as I am starting new medication as we speak. I humbly apologise for my actions and hope that you find me still able to represent the people of Cézembre. Yours hopefully

Dear Senator Rôibeardescù, it is not we who must find you able to represent the people of Cézembre, but it is ultimately those people of Cézembre, who must find you worth their confidence.
I am glad that you have seen your mistakes, and are trying to become a healthier, better person.
However, would it not be best for you to resign from Senatorial Office with dignity, and of your own accord? It seems to me that you need this time to spend for yourself, and for your health. Anything as infuriating, troubling, and demanding as legislating might be quite detrimental to your well-being.
If you think, however, that you can handle legislating, you could resign, and then run in the by-elections of your province, and you could even be elected again! Thereby, you would come back with the repeatedly expressed support of your people — and you needn't feel the need to constantly apologise anymore. What you have done will always be known, but while you are now partially disgraced, a possible re-election could restore the dignity of your own tenure as Senator.
It may be something worth thinking about. Whatever your choice, rest assured that we all wish you the best of luck, and success.

I remain concerned for you and want to express my well wishes for a full recovery. I am glad to hear that your medication is being altered. I hope you will abstain from alcohol to ensure the best chance of successful treatment.
I do concur with my honourable colleague Senator da Lhiun, and his suggestion for your political course ahead.

Well I do feel up to legislating... But wouldnt a Cezembren referendum on my fate be better? If the do feel that I should step down then of course I will, but Bar gulc (who has let his views known clearly) I dont know on everyones views on weather they would want that.

The only way you can have a "referendum", is by stepping down as Senator, and running in the by-election.

You can create that poll on your own. As long as it is not legislatively official, as in "referendum", you can do whatever you please.
