Citizens of Benito, welcome in my (rather virtual) office! Let us all sit around my (rather virtual) desk and discuss this month's (very much real) Clark.
We have: RZ1 - The automatic votes validation amendment, which is basically finishing the job of allowing voters to choose a fully secret ballot. I'm very much in favour of this bill. RZ2 - The Democratic Amendment, which I've cosponsored and aims to resolve the referendum validation constitutional crisis of last month. RZ3 - We Had a Short Amendment Buried in a Larger One Act, which fixes an oversight about MC constituency representation. RZ4 - The Easy Conversions Act, which estabilishes the Metric system as the official system of Talossa.
What are your opinion on these bills?

Coming up this month, five more bills: RZ5 - The Nobody Feels Like Writing Acts Just to Fix Typos Act It basically proposes to enable the Scribe to edit the wording of any bill to check for spelling mistakes. No reason to oppose it, in my opinion. RZ6 - The We Need a Phoole Act Granting citizenship to Ann-Elizabeth Shapera, and (unfortunately) also creating a new position, the Royal Jester. Will probably be voting for it (for the former part rather than the latter), but feedbacks are very welcome. RZ7 - The Cosa Budget Act Well, I wrote it RZ8 - The Electoral commission Reform Amendment Streamlines the electoral commission and enables the SoS to certify the results alone, demanding any appeals to the full commission. Kind of makes sense if the aim is to get going as soon as possible after the Election Deadline day. RZ9 - The Office of Dynamic Data Records Act A new officer, the Royal Data Clerk, is created with the task of mantaining the database at talossa.ca. Very unsure about this one especially because the Clerk is the ultimate administrator and is almost irreplaceable. RZ10 - The National Census Bill Enables the Chancery to conduct periodic Census among the Talossan citizenry. No real reasons to oppose it on my behalf.

So before I return to be AWOL for another month (my apologies), here's this month's business: RZ21 The Open Sesame Act - Strongly in favour. RZ22 The Rookie Mistake Act - In favour. RZ23 The Mandatory Cosa Lists Act and Amendment - Strongly in favour. RZ24 The Trying Again on Telecomuna Act - In favour. RZ25 Transparency and Protection Act - Unsure. It strucks from the law some passages that I'd rather keep. RZ26 The Fixing the Deck Judicial CleanUp Act - In favour. RZ27 The Rebalancing Finances Act - Unsure. RZ28 The Secretary of State Nomination Acceptation Act - In favour.
