Which means that by using our beloved Hare-Niemeyer (Largest Remainder) method the results are as follows:

MRPT = 5/1,09 = 4 seats, .58 remainder
RUMP = 4/1,09 = 3 seats, .67 remainder
FreeDems = 3/1,09 = 2 seats, .75 reminder

Which gives us:
MRPT: 4 seats
