Making the white background transparent is not hard and as for usage, you will have to wait until the next Honors Day (which I'm not sure when that is) before the King will award it to you for use.

We might also fix it so the diamond-thingy has all four sides the same.
And the next occasion for the granting of Arms is Independence Day, 26 December.

The 4 diamonds are symetrically the same. I made sure of it, but you can check.
