The question is: are the e-mail addresses accessible from somewhere? Were they so for the M3?

As a duly-designated election official of the province, he would have had access to them as needed. Any person we appointed would have that access, it's in the law.

I know that, my concern is: Where does he get them? MPF? It is my gathering that he does not, in fact, possess every correct e-mail address: You can see it from the fact that Clark e-mails are not received by many a Senator and MC.

He could request them from the Chancery - they will give a list of email for all citizens in the province.

Yes, I believe MPF. And yes, there are probably some errors. But since they only began with this Cosa, I strongly suspect they originate from the way the SoS sends his emails, not really with the list. I think if we asked a new reliable person to go through and check the M-M addresses, they'd find some mistakes and errors, but not a lot.

No volunteers appear forthcoming! Alas, we have a shallow group of people to do this work. I will offer an excuse on my own part, and say that I am just way too busy to take on that additional responsibility. Hopefully in the future, we will have another volunteer to be M3.
