After reviewing the OrgLaw and the decision of the Uppermost Cort concerning election rules the following rules are hereby put into effect:
1. All votes received by the SoS by whatever method (i.e. email, snail mail, phone, etc.) will be counted as a vote for this election, it is however encourage that most make use of email or our Wittenberg for this purpose.
2. Citizens residing in Talossa proper or in proximity of the GTA will also be afforded the option to vote in person with a deputy SoS in the area. I have not yet contacted Ben on that matter, but since he has continuously done this job in the past I hope he will agree to assist me in this matter for the duration of this election. It is important that everyone be given the opportunity to cast his or her vote.
3. No vote verification will occur unless the SoS or his deputy has a reason to believe a vote did not came from a citizen or they receive a justifiable complaint concerning the election or the cast of a vote.
4. The A/SoS can be contacted via email at ***REMOVED***. The polls are officially open.
