Election of a Cézembrian Seneschal

According to our constitution:
<sub>"Article 12. A Seneschal shall be elected, by the citizens of Cezembre, in an election conducted by the Seneschal or his appointed agent, in the event there is no incumbent Seneschal or the Seneschal is inactive for more than a week, the Governor-General or his appointed agent. All citizens of Cézembre have the right to vote and/or be a candidate in this election.

Article 13. Elections as described by article 10 will take, no less and no longer than 3 weeks. Cézembrians must announce their candidacy in the first week of the election and polls shall open on the first day of the 2nd week and close on the last day of the third week.

Article 14. Elections, as described in articles 10 and 11 will start no earlier than one week and no later than two weeks after the election deadline of Talossan general elections or after a resolution has been approved by a majority of the l'Etats de Cézembre removing the previous Seneschal or should the Seneschal, resign, die or be unable to fulfill his duties for any reason."</sub>
We will now start with the election of a Seneschal.
Any Cézembrian who wants to be a candidate in this election must announce this within one week in this thread (it will soon be possible to announce your candidacy on the website as well:

I want to take this opportunity to announce that I will not run for the position of Seneschal again. This doesnt mean I will be less active this year. I will stay involved with Cézembre as much as possible, as senator and as member of l'etats. Only I feel it is time for someone else to lead this province. I know there are multiple very capable possible candidates, who hopefully love our little island as much as I do and are prepared to put some effort into leading this province. If needed, I am obviously prepared to assist any future Seneschal with his obligation to keep online information about the province updated and I look forward to cooperate with the new Seneschal.

PS we should really amend the constitution to rename Seneschal to Sénéchal, because this is still terribly confusing
