Thank you Mick I would be happy to take your advice, as I have a conflict of interest in this matter. I need to ask is their any objection to Mick's Advice by people who are effected this election.

At this point I will take a step back I held the election and reported the results. It will need to be up to others to interpret them and move on from here.

I'm pretty sure it's up to you to make a final decision on this one. The Assembly can't meet and decide it because this decision will decide the composition of the Assembly.
EDIT: That said, I stand by my interpretation. The vote cast for the Istefan Lorentzescu party should not count since by no measure is that party considered registered then or now.
Also, I have been deputed authority to assign the RUMP seats. I assign one to Mick and two to myself.

Alexander while I still totally disagree in the strongest possible way with your Interpretation, Due to the obvious conflict of interest the only way for me to end this and move forward is for me to apply your Interpretation of the election results.
3 Votes Rump (Mick 1 Alexander 2) 2 Votes PPT (to be Assigned) 1 Istefan Lorentzescu (to go Unassigned )
Please note I will be out of contact till Tuesday 27 April 2010
