This brings up another good point to be addressed by law: re-assigning of seats. In truth, it doesn't really matter if the PP is down a seat, Breneir; the Assembly is superceded this term by the Emergency Dictator.

Thank you for that excellent point, S:reu Davis. Will the Emergency Dictator be making any appearances?

Unlikely. I haven't bothered to notify him that he is Emergency Dictator. I suspect we will be spending this term hammering out and all-but-passing legislation, without any activity from him.

If Owen wants to reallocate the seat I will understandand and will voluntarily step aside.

I was obviously involved in the whole affair that you speak of here and thus had conversations with Owen regarding it. I am certain that he knew that your vote for the PP was counted as you intended it, ie: through loyalty to the now defunct FGP.
Further, I am sure that Owen has awarded you seats not because you are a PP supporter (we have established that he knows you are not) but more to show his gratitude for your vote.
I somewhat speculate, you may need to confer to Owen directly.
